How long will it take to process and ship my items?

Your order will be processed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Can I upgrade my shipping?
We would be happy to arrange expedited shipping for your handcrafted goods and accessories. Please email connect@neepahut.com to ask us about expedited shipping options.

How do I return an item?
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order from NEEPA HUT. If items arrive damaged or not as described, then we will be happy to refund you.

Refunds or store credit will be available for up to 14 days from the time you receive your order. Please keep in mind that items are handcrafted and might have slight variations in color or patterns from what is listed on the website. Contact us at connect@neepahut.com for refund and replacement options.

Can I exchange items?
Since our handcrafted items are made in small batches, we cannot guarantee that we will still have the item for an exchange. Please contact us at connect@neepahut.com and we will be happy to assist you.
